In the process of updating my resume and looking for a new challenge in my career i was thinking about the upcoming inevitable interview process and how to prepare. You can read and digest a lot of information about your industry, your profession, the world around you but what people should want do know is what defines you. I have begun to ask myself what drives me in my job now and in the past? Why should someone want me to be working in their organization and what inside of me and from my experience will i add to an organization and based on that will i compliment the organizational culture and will it fulfill me.
