As i look forward to embarking on a new step in my career and working with some new team mates it has been good to reflect on what drives us to do projects in the first place. The one thing that i know drives me is the ability to work in a team and see what bringing people together under a ‘project’ umbrella can do.

In my track and field days i would run individual events but would always love to get involved in the relay and finish the track meeting with a close knit group who often inspired others to produce great performances. I have been lucky to work on some wonderful teams who always were there supporting each other to be successful and i cant wait to work with some more great teams to produce outstanding results. Always reminding people of what my Dad would tell me – ‘if it was easy everyone would do it’
