Back after a vacation and always an interesting time to leave a project and enjoy time away. Like most Project Managers there is always an ‘itch’ to stay in touch and yes i did. What it also reminded me as i came back that a tweam can achieve great things that individuals on their own, even project heroes (another topic sometime) cannot.

When on vacation i witnessed issues that individuals werent resolving but just talking about – on my return i witness teams taking an issue, getting the right people involved and coming to a resolution (albeit some extra work) and every person involved felt a feeling of satisfaction at the end and as if they were part of a team – truly moments to savor on projects
